Agrikultura Pilipina Inc. (“Agrikultura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Philippine agricultural company with its principal office at No. 84 Agrikultura Road, Barangay Tipacan, Lipa City, Batangas 4217, Philippines. Its agricultural businesses and brands include SAREEWÂ, Doowraga Farms and Gattô Dairy Farms.
This Website Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, retain, disclose and protect personal data obtained through our corporate website at agrikultura.com.ph (the “Site”).
For personal data collected through the Site, Agrikultura Pilipina Inc. is the personal information controller.
We process personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (“NPC”).
This Notice applies only to personal data processed through the Site. It does not govern personal data collected through Agrikultura's employment, supplier, customer, farming, delivery or other offline and operational activities, which may be covered by separate privacy notices.
The Site is presently intended for corporate and institutional information and inquiries. It does not currently provide online sales, payment processing or user-account functionality.

2.1 Information You Provide
When you contact us through the Site's inquiry form, we may collect:

If you voluntarily provide sensitive or additional personal information, we will process it only to the extent reasonably necessary to address your inquiry and as permitted by law.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Site, our web-hosting, network-security or related service providers may automatically generate technical records necessary to operate, secure and diagnose the Site. Depending on the Site's configuration, these records may include:

- Pages or resources requested;
- Referring website;

2.4 reCAPTCHA
The contact form on this Site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which distinguishes genuine enquiries from automated submissions. When you use the form, your browser transmits technical information to Google, which may include your Internet Protocol address, device and browser information, and details of your interaction with the Site. Google uses this information to assess whether the submission is likely to be automated.
This processing is necessary for the security and integrity of the Site and to prevent misuse of the contact form. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
3. Purposes of Processing
We may process personal data collected through the Site to:

5. Disclosure of Personal Data
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not disclose personal data collected through the Site to third parties for their independent direct-marketing purposes.
Where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, we may disclose personal data to:
- Authorized Agrikultura directors, officers, employees and representatives;
- The Agrikultura business or operating unit responsible for the subject of your inquiry;
- Separately incorporated companies within the Agrikultura group when necessary to address an inquiry concerning their operations;
- Website-hosting, email, information-technology, cybersecurity and form-processing service providers;
- Accountants, auditors, lawyers, insurers and other professional advisers;
- Government agencies, regulators, courts and law-enforcement authorities; and
- Other parties necessary to protect Agrikultura's lawful rights, property, personnel or operations.
Service providers processing personal data on our behalf are required to process it only for authorized purposes and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
A separate entity receiving personal data for its own purposes may act as an independent personal information controller and may provide a separate privacy notice where appropriate.
6. International Processing and Transfers
Some of Agrikultura's technology, hosting, email or professional-service providers may store or process information using systems located outside the Philippines.
When personal data is transferred or made accessible outside the Philippines, Agrikultura remains responsible for ensuring that the processing is conducted in accordance with the DPA. We take reasonable steps to require appropriate contractual, organizational and technical safeguards from relevant service providers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and establish or defend legal claims.
Unless a longer period is justified or required:
- Ordinary inquiries may be retained for up to 12 months after the inquiry is resolved;
- Records relating to active or prospective business, supplier or partnership arrangements may be retained for the duration of the discussions and for up to three years afterward;
- Technical security and access records may ordinarily be retained for 30 to 90 days, unless they are required for an investigation, legal proceeding or security incident; and
- Records connected with complaints, disputes, legal obligations or claims may be retained until the matter is finally resolved and for the applicable legal-preservation period.
At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Agrikultura does not currently use cookies or similar technologies for behavioral advertising, visitor profiling or cross-site tracking.
The Site may use strictly necessary technologies required for security, network management or essential Site functions. Third-party content, such as an embedded Google map or Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form, may also use cookies or collect technical information under the third party's own privacy practices.
If Agrikultura introduces analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies, this Notice will be updated before their implementation. Where required, visitors will be given an appropriate choice or consent mechanism.
You may also manage or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking essential technologies may affect certain Site functions.

- Request erasure or blocking when the legal conditions for erasure or blocking are satisfied;
- Data portability where the processing and information concerned meet the applicable statutory requirements;
- Be indemnified for damage sustained as a result of a violation of your rights under applicable data-protection law; and
- File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Agrikultura may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We may also decline or limit a request when permitted or required by law and will explain the applicable reason where appropriate.

The Site is intended primarily for business, professional and institutional users and is not designed or directed toward children.
